USM bought a complete PHI line, which on the one hand performs the welding for wing splicing, and on the other, it arms and welds beams of constant or variable section by submerged arc.
Following the acquisition, the machine was transported to our facilities, where it underwent a complete retrofit process. Our team fully refurbished the equipment, carried out all necessary inspections and upgrades, applied a new paint finish, and thoroughly tested its performance to ensure it met the highest standards.
Once the machine was ready, it was carefully packed and shipped to its destination in Mexico. There, USM managed the complete installation, commissioning, and operator training, ensuring a smooth start-up and maximum productivity from day one.
