USM DEMONSTRATES ITS EXPERIENCE AND PRODUCTIVITY
USM acquires and dismantles a complete profile processing facility.
This impressive production line includes a Kaltenbach KBS 1001 DG band saw, a Kaltenbach HDM 1432 circular saw, a Kaltenbach KDR 1015 profile drilling machine, a Gietart GW + GV 1500 shot blasting and painting line, and a complete logistics system of roller conveyors and cross transfers connecting multiple production bays.
Despite the size and complexity of the installation, the entire line was professionally dismantled and transported in a record time of just 2.5 weeks.
To put the scale of this project into perspective, the conveyor system alone includes more than 300 meters of roller conveyors, designed to ensure a smooth and efficient material flow throughout the production process.
The equipment is in good condition and is currently available for sale either as a complete turnkey solution or as individual production lines, offering flexibility to meet different operational requirements.
